Senior Manager - Sales - Building Material (7-10 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the building material industry. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of building materials to contractors, builders, architects, and other customers in the construction sector.
Education: MBA Marketing
Age Limit: At least 30 years of age, not exceeding 40.
Location: Preferred only Kerala candidates.
- Build relationship with architects, engineers, contractors etc. and develop customer base.
- Identify and target potential customers within the construction industry, including contractors, builders, architects, and developers.
- Responsible for brand promotion.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Build customer database.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our building materials.
