Senior Manager - Sales - BFS (3-4 yrs)
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and manage our agency vertical sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and put into effect sales plans and methods in the agency sector to meet sales targets and increase market share.
- Manage, coach, and supervise a sales team to reach and top sales targets.
- Create and keep connections with crucial clients and channel partners in order to increase earnings and sales.
- Conduct market studies and analysis to uncover new opportunities and stay current on market trends as and competition.
Candidate profile :
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 3 years of field sales and marketing.
- A track record of achieving sales targets and driving increases in revenue.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, public speaking, and bargaining ability.
- Great leadership and team management abilities.
Salary : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives
