Senior Manager - Sales - BFS (2-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- Build & lead the team to achieve sales targets
- Expand the distribution channel by increasing productivity and number of productive distributors
- Continuously review and refine the agency model to ensure its effectiveness
- Oversee sales compliance of the channel
- Assist to design and implement sales & marketing strategies to distribution channel as well as the subsequent monitoring and status update
- Empower the team's knowledge and skills through appropriate training and guidance
- Make recommendation on product/services development/enhancement to ensure the competitiveness of the Company's products in the market
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree holder, in any stream
- 2-8-year relevant experience in sales field
- Solid working knowledge of sales
- Strong skills in leadership, negotiations
