- Identify potential markets for sales.
- Hire a direct sales person to help your business develop.
- Motivate them by teaching them.
- Work as the team leader.
- Give them a daily business objective.
- Focus on the daily report from your team.
- Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) with agents & update Sales Promote & motivate agents for Career progression.
- Promote agents to use the Agent Portal & CRM for managing their customer and cross selling them for different products
