Position : Sr. Sales Manager

Location : Delhi

Job Purpose:

Senior Sales Manager - Aviation will lead the Sales team of Aviation Lubricants/Greases for the Aviation sector. S/he will be responsible for achieving sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction, retention of customers and development of new customers. S/he will be responsible for ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.

Key Responsibilities :

- As a part of the Management Team, contribute to the development of the Vision, Mission & Goals and all other Top level strategies and tactics for achieving the long and short term aspirations of the company

- Achieve the company's aspired Volume, Revenue & Gross Margin targets in the Aviation sectors.

- Lead the development of sector sales strategies, annual business plans and budgets for sale of lubricants.

- Develop and manage long-term relationships with all levels of management at identified Key Accounts.

- Generate new prospects and ensure the prospects are converted to customers within a short gestation period.

- Promote sales through regular planned visits to customers.

- Communicate the Value Propositions to customers / prospects.

- To maintain competitive information on price, credit terms, sales volume and market share, competitive marketing activity etc.

- Finalize prices in coordination with the CEO for Key Accounts.

- Negotiate and finalize contracts / business with customers.

- Coordinate with Purchase/Technical Services/plant personnel to ensure proper forecasting and supply.

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies Required :

- Graduate Engineer (MBA Preferable)

- 10 - 15 years experience in B2B Direct Sales of Lubricants or allied products in the Aviation Industry.

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills

- Willing to travel 25% time within country.

- Proven record of delivering results
