Senior Manager - Sales - Agri/Dairy Product (12-15 yrs)

Role Description :

- The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Sales Manager will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the marketing and product development teams.

- Generate regular sales reports for management review, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results of whole sale team.

- Work closely with other departments to enhance sales initiatives Identify opportunities for process improvement in sales operations.

- Gather and analyze sales data from various sources including internal systems, market research, and competitor analysis.

- Forecast future sales trends based on historical data

- Monitor and analyze competitor performance and market trends to offer insights.

- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer needs, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager or similar sales roles

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software

- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage sales teams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- A customer-oriented attitude with excellent negotiation and communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field

- Experience in the Agriculture and Farm Machinery industry is a plus

- Willingness to travel frequently

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
