Job Profile :
- For guidance, supervision and control over the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy in respect to their life insurance business.
- For the quality-of-life insurance policies sourced by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.
- Vicariously responsible for all the acts of omission and commission by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.
- Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents - Identify, recruit and manage advisors.
- Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products.
- Monitor and review agents' performance.
- Help them achieve m business through customers.
- Meeting existing customers on a regular basis for achieving service standards.
- Execution of sales strategy - Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
- Seek new customers and increase sales.
Requirements :
- Qualification Other Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 2- 7 years of work experience in Field Sales
- Resilient spirit and a persistent nature
- Impeccable interpersonal skills and friendly attitude
- Well organized with time great management abilities
- Salary : 2.5 to 4.20 Lacs pa
