Senior Manager - Sales/Account Management - Data Centre (1-8 yrs)

In general, a Sales Manager/Account Manager acts as a link between the company and clients or customers, you will be responsible for assessing a client's needs and finding ways to meet them in order to maintain good relationships.

Responsibilities include:

- We are looking for a skilled /Sales Manager Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

- Follow up and coordinate between internal development teams, sales teams, and prospects. Conduct presales activities like negotiations & management, business proposals, contract facilitation, onboarding, business reports, etc.

- Proficient use of salesforce(SFDC), internal CRM, and Client data management for effective use of Sales performance Information.

- Co-ordinate with new prospects, internal Operations Managers, and internal teams in getting requirements, setting up kickoff calls for the smooth startup of the project. Acting as a single point of contact for prospects for respective projects.

- Act as a focal point of contact between external and internal customers (Operations, Quality, Finance, and higher Management).

- Attend kickoff call with the client and engage in client communication to resolve escalation and address any queries regarding the delivery process.

- Responsible for managing a team of Sales Ops /delivery teams.

- Be a single point of escalation for resolving operational issues and working towards clients' satisfaction.

- Tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.

- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts integrating contract requirements with business operations.

- Chase delivery files with internal teams to accomplish timely delivery and engage in client calls at least once or biweekly with the client regarding specs, pacing, delivery, extension, and approvals, etc.

- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
