Senior Manager - Sales/Account Management - BPO/ITeS (9-11 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Engage with Enterprise account customer contacts, and build relationship to become a trusted sales partner.

- Introduce potential clients to the complexities of audio transcription, video captioning, and translation services

- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers

- Develop positive relationships with clients and act as the point of contact and handle customers- individual needs

- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success

- Engage with prospects and customers through outreach strategies, in person meetings, trade shows, and travel to meet targets

- Present value proposition and the uniqueness of our offering to key stakeholders

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and application training to customers and prospects

- Analyze and come up with business opportunities within the existing accounts

- Design and execute demos and/or pilots in collaboration with sales to drive the win in support of the prospective customers desired business outcomes

- Lead online presentations and demos of the platform and solutions

- Collaborate internally with cross functional teams and provide active feedback to the product team to assist in refining our solution set

- Serve as a great teammate by communicating with our product and engineering teams features, functionality and capabilities needed to be added in the roadmap which can address current and future customer requirements

- Willingness to travel to client location if required to setup meetings with the top management

Professional Skills & Qualifications :

- 8 -10 years enterprise account management experience in IT/ITS/BPO/Transcription

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong business acumen

- Track record of meeting (and exceeding) sales targets

- Experience with CRMs and Sales outreach tools including Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

- Desired experience selling into Insurance, Education, Entertainment/Media, Technology and Transcription Industry.
