Position: Sr.Retail Sales Manager

Experience: 5 to 8 years in education sales; experience in elearning domain will be preferred.

Location: Kolkata

Qualifications: Graduate /Post Graduation in any stream

Job Description:

1. Meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting

2. Devising marketing strategies & techniques necessary for meeting sales targets. The overall planning will include both offline and online marketing channels

3. Lead team of marketing staff and inside sales representatives (counselors / tele-callers). Maintain & create metrics to measure effectiveness & efficiency of team members.

4. Recruitment, staffing, training, and performance evaluation of sales team. Streamline sales & sales operation processes.

5. Developing sales and market strategies by analyzing market scenario and making business development strategies based on user analysis and feedback. Passing on the key consumer insights to help in product development

6. To create marketing funnels for continuous lead generation and conversion. Lead nurturing

7. To manage CRM, marketing automation and map potential customers &

8. Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue, generate timely sales reports

Skills Required:

- Excellent written and oral communication including email etiquettes, PPT and Excel skills.

- Customer first attitude and ensure world class treatment to all prospective leads

- Ability to perform even in high pressure

- Great Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire the team to meet their targets
