Senior Manager - Public Relations & Corporate Communications (5-10 yrs)
Job Profile:
We are looking for a Manager/Sr. Manager to lead the Public Relations & Corporate communication for the brand. The role entails building and taking the company story to multiple audiences - customers, industry watchers, investors, jobseekers, employees, regulators et al. This position is concerned with creating and maintaining a high profile and positive image of the brand via any forms offline or online, both locally and worldwide.
Job Description:
- Direct client communication programs including public relations, media relations
- Work closely with our PR agency to execute the PR strategy in metros and tier 2/3 cities
- Develop relations with media and serve as the single point of contact
- Manage internal communication channels
- Benchmarking corporate communication activities done and the latest trends
- Create platforms and opportunities for the company and management team to get higher visibility across various media platforms
Experience:
1. 5-8 years of industry experience in a Corporate communication function or PR agency
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong understanding of public relations concepts, tactics and media relations
- Highly developed writing and editing skills with an understanding of online writing styles
- Adept at building relationships with CXOs, and building impactful communication plans in alignment with them
- Candidate with a mass communication background
- Proactive and energetic professionals required
- Good relations with digital as well as mainline media
