Senior Manager - PR and Communications


- National Pageants (Miss India + Miss Diva)

1. Implement brand creative strategy, centralize communication and formalize media plans.

2. Execute marketing communication and monitor the same across above and below the line mediums i.e. Print (Advt + Article) + Magazine + Electronic, Multiplex in accordance with brand guidelines and sponsor commitments. Besides, ensure the digital communication is in conjunction with the brand strategy.

3. Ensure consistent adherence of brand and sponsor mandates in accordance with guidelines laid across mediums including on ground and on-air creatives.

4. Cultivate and maintain media relations with both Internal and External media in order to optimize the brand consistently, thereby maximizing brand visibility across all mediums

- International Pageants (Miss World + Miss Universe + Miss Universe + Miss Grand International)

1. Develop and formalize PR plans across print + electronic + magazine and budget barter requirements against industry expert's association for delegates representing the brand on International platforms, (national homecoming + farewell / departures + international homecoming). Execution of the above in accordance with management approvals.

2. Service contractual obligations and maintain records of consumption periodically.

3. Organize national & international homecoming PR plan in conjunction with the brand team custodians.

4. Organize in-depth training sessions anchored by media professionals and create in depth media Q & A delegate module for each delegate to better prepare themselves at International Pageants.

- PR Activations @ International Pageant Delegate : (Miss World + Miss Universe + Miss Universe + Miss Grand International)

1. Create a favorable image by communicating programs, accomplishments and event appearances via PR strategies post national victory.

2. Pitch stories, strategize media pegs and organize opportunity driven media briefings, press conferences and events.

3. Organize media interviews across internal & external media.

Business Development :

1. Formalize brand decks and ensure structured approach for sponsorship pitches

2. Ratify contracts, monitor contractual associations with industry experts, designers, influencers and hospitality partnerships, ensuring return on investments, and servicing end to end contractual commitments including print + on air + on ground.
