Senior Manager - Proposal Development

Overall Purpose of the Role :

- To lead and deliver end to end proposal lifecycle and design high quality proposals for prospective clients

- The role demands that needs and expectations of prospective clients are addressed, and they appreciate the differentiated services value that our client brings to the table thereby leading to successful bids.

Skills and Experience :

- BCom, Honours in English Literature/ equivalent

- More than 3 years of experience in bid management, content management

- Adept at making proposals and presentations

- Stakeholder Management

- Sales copy writing skills

- APMP Certification is a must

Responsibilities :

Strategy & Results :

- Deliver the entire bid proposal life cycle for prospective opportunities - bid writing standard and technical content, project management, creating a persuasive delivery structure with design thinking skills

- Understand the requirements from the client solutions team, client & consumer needs/ wants/ demographics and internal capabilities and bring it together for bespoke response.

- Ensure continuous improvement in quality of proposals by constructively working upon the feedback from the stakeholders

- Client solutions teams, operations, clients & manager.

- Drive communications with key stakeholders on insights, summaries etc. emerging from bids

Client Value Proposition :

- Address the client's WITTY by researching client's needs and expectations

- Incorporate the learnings from the research into story telling framework for shaping our offerings into compelling client solutions

- Understand client's feedback after each proposal starting from initial proposal to launch proposal to continuously improvise the story telling

Process :

- Scrutinize & improve the different stages in proposal life cycle through continuous feedback, benchmarking & research:

- Client's requirement gathering

- Story telling framework

- Pre client presentation review framework

- Post client presentation feedback mechanism

- Continuous proposal quality improvement mechanism

- Identify best practices in proposal development across industry and implement them
