Senior Manager - Product Management - Agri Distribution Business (10-20 yrs)
1. Responsible for Product Roadmap for all current & future products of the company across through the distribution based channel business on Pan India Basis.
2. Lead and drive product strategy and portfolio management to gain market share.
3. Develop comprehensive Route to Market Plans for launch/re-launch of brands. Develop GTM strategy for different brands.
4. Develop and drive the team targets. Monitor the performance on a regular basis and take timely corrective actions wherever required.
5. Conceptualize ATL/ BTL activities for company products along with State team.
6. Drive the responsibility of all new product identification, launch & corresponding product lifecycle. Product Rationalization as per business requirement.
7. Act as a cross-functional leader with sales, trade marketing, brand, product development & engineering, Design, R&D, manufacturing, finance, logistics team for seamless delivery on the product front.
8. Mapping competition/Markets/ Channels to constantly evolve product strategy.
9. Lead product innovation based on current and future consumer trends as per research data..
10. Product Budget Management: Periodically (Annually/ Quarterly/ Monthly) monitor and utilize product budget as per needs of the business and under the direction of the head of marketing.
11. Manage order forecast accuracy and ensure inventory management objectives are met. Includes driving efficiencies in market hygiene and obsolescence..
12. Do trade visits to understand Market dynamics, gaps & opportunities
13. Ensure continuous product training to all stakeholders including brand, trade marketing, sales and channel partners.
