Position : Sr. Manager Product & Contracting
Location : Mumbai
CTC : up to 12 lac p.a
Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for product development :
- Develop new and innovative products
- Enhance existing products
- Market Research
- Strategic Advise and Operation Support
- Stake Holder Management
- Marketing Initiatives
- Develop PR Strategy
- Responsible for Contracting:
- Series pricing
- Tactical contracting
- Special promotional offers
- Updation of enquiry received from the branches in the corporate lead system
- Send quote request using the quotation module
- Revert to the enquiry with available options within time line
- Negotiating on the quote & post confirmation, finalization of the tour
- Fill in the handover format highlighting the special requirements
- Confirm all services and send handover to the operations
- Maintain query v/s conversion report
- Follow up with suppliers for outstanding payments.
Principle accountability :
- Product development & contracting
- Reverting to enquiry with quote & finalization of the quote.
- Follow up for outstanding payments
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Negotiation skills
- Well versed with tourist destination knowledge
- Hands on in Excel, computer savvy
- Good in written & verbal communication
- Ability to work under pressure
- Interpersonal skills
- Time management
