3. Being product custodian, should be able to identify opportunity areas to ensure food safety and quality of food ingredients.
4. Managing the Regulatory Affairs.
5. Vendor Performance Management - Drive the quality and food safety management through the audit reviews, tracking and trending of supplier audits yearly. Continuous improvement in suppliers capability using technical expertise and innovative approach.
6. Single point of contact of food related crises and product recovery. Liaisons with global team and cross-functional teams and takes strong decisions to avert the crises or reduce the impact.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Must have excellent communication skills.
2. Need candidate from either from Quick Service Restaurants or Food Brands.
3. Must have experience in new product development as well as commercialization.
