Sr. Marketing Manager

We are a successful startup with room to grow and we are looking for a self-starting Marketing Manager responsible for managing field executives and ensuring that the company meets its revenue goals. Responsibilities and Duties :

- Experience in generating new leads through various sales/marketing techniques in the real estate industry

- Developing and implementing strategic marketing sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services

- Promoting the property through marketing initiatives and sell the same by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects

- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones

- Providing guidelines and guidance to personnel on the application of procedures, and monitoring and following up on specific tasks in regards to sales closure

- Maintaining accurate information on company website by updating and managing social media

- Drafting press releases, representing the company to media outlets and organize promotional events at trade shows and other venues

- Managing overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, and advertising and marketing promotional events.

- Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints

- Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies

Qualification and Skills :

- M.B.A in Marketing with minimum 5 years of experience in in-house marketing, communications and PR experience in Real Estate industry

- Extensive and growing knowledge of the Real Estate market and competitive landscape

- Confident communicator with strong analytical and project/budget management skills

- Advanced computer literacy, including a strong proficiency of Microsoft Office, and knowledge of branding and design principles

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic, high-performing team, and adapt well under pressure

- Exceptional Leadership qualities and strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

- Ability to communicate and converse with specific target audiences

- Capability of working independently, taking initiative, and being part of a team working collaboratively

- Exceptional command of the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong social media skills, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc., as well as website design and ability to write web content

- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
