Must Have - B2B Marketing, Presentation skill, Marketing, Strategy, ATL / BTL Marketing, Real estate

This is an Offline Marketing focus role with expertise in strategy and number crunching

RESPONSIBILITY :

1. Driving strategy in terms of product, pricing, communication, value propositions and go to market strategy along with sales team and Developers team to ensure delivery of targets.

2. Winning accounts with necessary market + Customer intelligence, strategy, and marketing along with Sales team to win accounts along with Sales team.

3. Collaboration with multiple teams to Create appropriate reports and presentations that aid decision making and execution for sales

4. Monitoring mandate profitability, processes, tech compliance, performance to ensure successful delivery and intelligence from the mandate.

5. Integration of Value-Added Services in terms of Creative agency, Digital Agency, Tech Suite, Post Sales for integrated solution and larger accountability in delivery

REQURIEMENT :

1. Overall experience of 10+ years (For Sr. Manager - Bengaluru) and 7+ years (For Manager, Hyderabad) of Proven delivery in strategy and marketing with a Real estate developer and / or an International Property Consultant (IPC) and / or strategic partner background.

2. Educational Qualification MBA PG (preferred, not mandatory)

3. Excellent Leadership, networking, and collaboration skills to handle multiple teams including owned business strategy marketing team

4. Analytics and Program Management experience with progressive and process driven organizations.

5. Implement Go-to- market strategies for launches/ sustenance

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :

Education Qualification-MBA Graduates are preferred not mandatory
