Senior Manager/Manager - Sales = SAP/IT (5-8 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :

- Development of ABP for Regional Sales Team while coordinating with Production Planning Team.

- Preparation of Monthly Sales target/sign off qty co-ordination with Production and Planning

- Weekly Sales Plan Preparation

Preparation of Monthly OSP : Follow up with SMs for Details of Customer Orders/Schedule.

Demand Aggregator : Accountable for compiling demand for all the wire Products and SBQ across the Regions and Supply Point

- Develop Material Balances for arriving at Constraints and Commitment to Customers

- Develop Sales forecast models and IT systems to manage the ever-changing needs of the customer.

- Co-ordination with Sales Planning /PPC Team for Order execution, processing/handing over status of materials

- Daily Dispatch Plan Preparation at SKU level to enable Sales Execution

- Monitoring Customer Balances and LC Availability to ensure Un-interrupted Sales or Raise Exception to as and when required.

- Co-ordination with plant : Co-ordination with dispatch team & quality team for smooth & proper dispatches

- Inventory Management : To ensure the dispatches of material as soon as it get ready by discussing with plant & customer.

- Old Inventory : Tracking and Liquidation through consistent Follow Up with SMs and Stakeholders

- Provide Customers with Supply Details, Outstanding amounts, and any other sales related Details as and when required.

- Maintain Records and Documents as per Audit and Compliance Requirements

- Update the Details of Sales in Customer Portals as required, For Customer Like TGW etc.

Relevant Experience :

- Total 5 to 8 years of experience in the relevant field of Sales Execution And Underlying Responsibility
