Senior Manager/Manager - Sales & Marketing - Dyes & Pigments (3-6 yrs)
- Generating sales by selling natural dyes, mordants and organic cotton fabric in foreign countries like and also in domestic market also
- Providing technical support about the dyeing related issues and also involved in trials in many big industries in domestic market
- Moving towards sustainable option now is a must for Everyone , but we cannot discard chemical dyes , in place of that if we can able to Minimize and take 5% of its place in the world then it will be a huge development for us
- Account management
- Order management
- Coordination with factory and agents in different markets
- Customer service
- Sampling and costing, payment collection
- Managing existing and developing new customer base for the Company's Auxiliaries and Reactive dyes business.
- Develop new customers for Textile Auxiliaries and Reactive dyes
- Promotion activities and regular follow up process.
- Core marketing and providing Technical Support, trials for Reactive dyes
- Currently looking after marketing, promotions and business development of Textile Auxiliaries and Reactive dyes
- Lead Business Development activities to drive growth across Asia. Sales data preparation for monthly analysis & strategy making.
- Handling entire chain of new verticals: Identification of new application, customers, development of new product to meet customers requirement along with R&D team.
- Continuous involvement in the product development for existing as well as new application.
- Co-ordination with customer & R&D team to successfully deliver the required solution from the customer.
- Conducting trial at customer end & providing technical and application support during the trial.
- Managing existing customers and distribution network.
- Attending exhibitions to promote & find new applications and customers.
- International market analysis and international customer development.
- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands strong presence.
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Understanding products' technical features and customers' technical requirements to develop technical solutions with added value for the customer.
- Creating comprehensive customer-specific solutions with mutually agreed added value.
