Job Description Hiring Sr.Manager/Manager Channel Development for a leading life insurance industry.
Experience : 6-8 years,
Salary Range : Max 8 LPA.
Eligibility Criteria : Mix of Training & Sales Experience in Insurance Industry required.
Responsibilities :
1. Coordinate with the technology partners to develop the APP and required tools for the Financial Advisor channel
2. Coordinate with content partners to design and develop training content for classroom and App based learning
3. Ensures to develop, the required training content and manuals, working with Content partners.
4. Identify training partners based on the geographical spread planned for FA recruitment
5. Validate the trainer profiles shared by the Training Partner ensuring quality of the faculty
7. Work closely with the implementation partners to plan the logistics of training implementation
8. Plan, organize, coordinate and with the Training partners for training of FA
9. Ensures that the training partner is well equipped to conduct training sessions ensuring facility setup, audiovisual setup and employee notification.
10. Conduct continuous analysis to improve existing training modules, App, tools and methods.
11. Ensure refresher / handholding session to enable the FA
12. Responsible for the training materials inventory
13. Mobilize FA certification and documentation
14. Prepare periodic reports and summaries to keep Management apprised of training activities and results.
