Senior Manager/Manager - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (5-15 yrs)
- We aspire to be India's Largest Digitally enabled Recruitment Marketplace. We are a new age Recruitment & Contract Staffing Marketplace, headquartered in Delhi.
- We aim to be among the top 10 Indian People staffing and recruitment companies in 4 years. We are a tech driven recruitment marketplace with specialized vendors already onboarded. We aim to have 1000+ vendors on the platform and aggressively add new clients to the platform. We are a subscription cum outcome revenue model. We also sell recruitment and HR value added services through our marketplace. We are building a high powered delivery team to grow our business in both permanent and contractual staffing.
You will :
- Acquire new clients across Corporates.
- Maintain CXO level relationships across Clients.
- Make presentations to the HR stakeholders on our tech platform across Large Enterprises.
- Ensure strong key account management to ensure increment in business with the clients.
- Manage an Inside Sales Team to ensure productivity.
- Effective internal co-ordination with delivery team to ensure smooth delivery for the clients.
- Contribute towards a positive healthy fun and creativity driven culture.
Must Have :
- Minimum 5+ years of Experience into Staffing (Permanent & Contract Recruitment). Preferably IT Staffing.
- Post-Graduation any stream. Preferably MBA or equivalent.
- Understand the value of the "Client Relationship" function in a company and should enjoy work.
- Have good convincing skills.
- Multitasking ability - need to seamlessly switch channels - emails, texts,
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
