Job Responsibilities :

- New Client Acquisition

- Responsible for Business development for Selection, RPO, Executive Search, Retained Search, Staffing, Outplacement.

- Lead identification, generation and conversion into Key Accounts.

- Exploring, monitoring and developing new markets/ clients, market trends thereby accelerating growth & achieving sales targets

- Identify and establish contact and maintain relationship with CXO/VP/Functional heads of the prospective organizations

- Meeting clients, finalizing Terms and Conditions, Agreements

- Customer Relationship Management

- Regular service meetings with the existing clients to understand and address their concerns and partnering with them for their manpower needs.

- Maintaining strong relationships & effective account management to upscale productivity.

- Interaction with Top Management Professionals of the clients Organization to ensure Healthy Business relations.

- Marketing follow ups for Demand Generation from Existing Clients.

- Monthly Revenue Target Achievement

- Holding the accountability and responsibility of the annual and monthly revenue targets.

- Forecasting revenue projections and preparing business plan to realize the projections.

- Delivery Management

- Responsible for effective delivery of the new business generated.

- Working closely with the delivery team manager's to ensure seamless delivery through effective key account management.

- Database and Contract Management

- Responsible for renewal of service agreements with the existing accounts.

- Negotiating and renegotiating the commercials with the clients

- Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing and cold calling.

- Real time updation of the classified data in the Sales CRM.
