Senior Manager - Insurance Sales (6-14 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :
1. To deliver excellent conversion of prospects to customers by combining your grasp of commercial insurance with adeptness in selling.
2. Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects.
3. Demonstrating strong teamwork, self- and team-leadership.
4. Displaying consistently high energy, integrity and commitment to the job.
5. Having a problem-solving approach.
Requirements :
1. Commercial insurance experience, e.g. in group health, property and liability, is very useful
2. B2B sales experience is a must
3. The candidate may have worked with a insurance broker or with the direct selling side of insurers.
4. Strong drive to handle clients and teams in an independent way.
5. A strong problem-solving approach
6. Strong communication and comfort in engaging with senior client executives
7. Drive to build a large business and progress withing SecureNow
8. Proven ability to work and collaborate with other functions.
What we are looking for :
1. Very Strong B2B Sales / Insurance Profiles
2. Must have 5+ YOE in Insurance Sales
3. Mandatory Experience in B2B / Corporate Sales
4. Target Company (Pref) - Insurance companies
