Senior Manager - Insurance Sales (6-14 yrs)
We're hiring Sr Manager with strong experience in Insurance Sales for Mumbai and Bangalore locations.
Exp req-6-14 yrs
Salary budget is upto max 14 LPA
Role & Responsibilities :
- To deliver excellent conversion of prospects to customers by combining your grasp of commercial insurance with adeptness in selling.
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Demonstrating strong teamwork, self- and team-leadership.
- Displaying consistently high energy, integrity and commitment to the job.
- Having a problem-solving approach
Ideal Candidate :
- Commercial insurance experience, e.g. in group health, property and liability, is very useful
- B2B sales experience is a must
- The candidate may have worked with a insurance broker or with the direct selling side of insurers.
- Strong drive to handle clients and teams in an independent way.
- A strong problem-solving approach
- Strong communication and comfort in engaging with senior client executives
- Drive to build a large business and progress withing SecureNow
- Proven ability to work and collaborate with other functions.

- Very Strong B2B Sales / Insurance Profiles
- Must have 5+ YOE in Insurance Sales
- Mandatory Experience in B2B / Corporate Sales
