They work closely with diverse stakeholders including Innovators, Inventors, Entrepreneurs, Start-ups, SMEs, Fortune 500 companies, R&D Organisations, S&T agencies, NGOs & Development Organisations & Government Agencies alike towards leveraging external sources of R&D and capitalizing on market opportunities. They help them in optimizing the economic potential of their intellectual assets.

They provide access to Innovations across sectors viz. agritech, cleantech, life sciences, nanotech as well as information & communication technology.

Their experience with diverse multi-national projects has expanded their reach across North America, Europe, Middle East North Africa, North Asia and ASEAN region.

Working Days: 6 days a week

We are looking for a passionate young Business Development person, who wants to work in a high growth environment. He/ She will be responsible for setting up and closing sales and achieving targets every month by acquiring clients for market research services for the Indian Market.

Experience: 6+ years of experience in direct business development function in market research industry

Education Background: B Sc/ B Tech with MBA

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. To develop new business and promote the sales of the organization - Ability to individually generate and qualify leads by identifying, cold-mailing & calling

2. Regularly follow-up & prospecting

3. He/she sets realistic expectations and pushes through on these expectations with determination and drive to make company revenues grow as much as possible.

4. Generation of Corporate business by identifying potential clients and acquisition of the same.

5. Prepare corporate presentations, documents, proposals, and manage the expectations of the customers.

6. Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports of the business developing activities.

7. Systematically call on Key Corporate Accounts within the operating region and develop opportunities

8. Pre-qualify and target Key Corporate Accounts, utilizing the database and develop appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotels market share for the operating region.

9. Prepare an annual business plan for the corporate segment in the operating region with growth & ensuring regional objectives are fulfilled.

10. Explore & Develop new markets.

11. Bring new corporate accounts to the company

12. Meeting top corporate decision makers & regular travellers, to solicit business.

13. Research & Survey -Conduct regular Market Surveys and Competitor Research

Salary: Commensurate with competencies and experience + Stake in company (depending on the performance)
