Senior Manager - Global Relation - Digital Sector (10-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Manage existing client account
- Manage a team of Client servicing executive (US & German)
- Ensure adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- To work towards strengthen the quality approach of company in customers/client minds
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs and objectives
- Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts.
- Develop a trusted relationship within key account clients and internal team of organization
Experience : Minimum 10 years experience in Digital sector + Candidate should have experience into handling International client
Gender - Female preferred
Salary upto 12 LPA
