Job Description :
- Recruitment and management of Agents - Identify, recruit and manage advisors from the respective location.
- To Recruitment of agents and dealers.
- Achievement of the target on a monthly basis.
- To identify potential Insurance agents and financial advisers.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers.
- Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
- Support the sales team to do work well.
Candidate Requirements :
- Experience : Min. 2 Years in Field Sales/Marketing
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Age: 21 to 37 years
- Education: Any Graduation
