Sr. Manager - Enterprise Sales & Relationship Management

To lead our growth we are looking for a Sr Manager- Enterprise Relationship & Engagement who is expected to drive the company's solutions to the customer and in doing so grow the top line of the organisation through active engagement to exceed the revenues of our organisation through deep & cross selling. This person is also expected to enhance our success stories by on boarding newer clients by building and developing a vibrant and result oriented solutions selling team pan India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop & execute strong B2B marketing plans to attract SME & large businesses to our best-in-class solutions for B2B transaction

- The candidate should be a Rockstar Sales manager who can focus on sales presentations to Enterprises/ SMEs/MSMEs and provide our clients an opportunity to know our platform & value addition we can bring to their respective business

- Execute the organisations growth plan by building a pipeline for new customers and building our portfolio of solution driven services to enable effective cross selling /deep selling engagements with existing customers

- This position gives you a client facing opportunity to grow your skills and build new business partners for the organization, build rapport and trust in both yourself and the company. We expect our sales professionals to be passionate and self-driven in order to produce top results

- The candidate is expected to plan, execute and monitor the Enterprise/SME on-boarding with the objective of attaining accelerated growth of new client acquisition in line with the laid down processes

- Monitoring and analysis of key data of the region allocated including sales figures, sales personnel, productivity ratios, business partners work status and receivables

- Actively driving and ensuring target achievement in terms of client on-boarding, management of sales support function and timely completion of client transition to our platform and ensuring target achievement as per the defined targets

- Recruit, develop & ensure Retention of respective team members by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis

- Collecting market feedback and provide periodic updates to the senior leadership for formulation of policies to give utmost client satisfaction

- To penetrate all targeted accounts in respective industry verticals and originate sales opportunities for the company's products and services

- Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements

- Conduct performance review for his/her team on regular basis

Desired Skills :

- Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as: PPT presentation, relationship building, negotiation skills, tech solution selling, building value in the product, and closing the sale.

- You enjoy the process of transforming organizations through the sales and business development teams and have managed between 10-15 members directly or indirectly.

- Keen understanding of the business and technical contexts in which key accounts are situated.

- You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mind-set.

Professional Qualifications & Experience:

- 4-6 years of relevant sales experience with 4+ years of team handling experience

- At-least 4+ years of experience in managing a Team in a successful Direct marketing/ Space selling/ Banking / Insurance/ Services organization (preferably from Dotcom, Media, Internet, Banking or Insurance Industry)

- You have had a successful track record of building a growing organization

- MBA or any Equivalent Degree
