Senior Manager/Director/Head - Business Development - IT (5-15 yrs)

As a Business Development Head / Business development Director, you have to improve an organizations market position and achieve financial growth by building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, by working with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization.

The person will be responsible for online bidding on portals like ELANCE, GURU, ODESK, FREELANCER, and other sites for the following kind of works :

- Mobile Apps Development

- Custom eCommerce application(PHP, .NET, Java)

- CRM / HRMS /LMS

Must have knowledge on the following technologies to perform initial analysis, make estimates and communicate with clients.

- Understanding of Mobile application Development (iOS and Android, Mobile Web)

- Familiarity with website & web applications or software

- Adequate Knowledge of software development processes to handle customer

Key Responsibilities :

- Discussion with Global clients via written messages, emails, chat, and phone.

- Understanding and obtaining the needs of the clients, preparing various presentations, and writing details to hand- over project to the development team.

- The person should be Technically Sound to understand the project requirements and Know the various methods, technology, tools, process need to be applied. Must be able to convince client.

- Must Achieve Business Targets.

- It is desired that the candidate should bring in good experience in bidding and should have a handy Clientele reference list.

- Payment will be over market rates and incentives will be linked to the volume of business generation.

Skills :

- Must have Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal, Written and Listening)

- Must be a good team player.

- Must have numeracy and analytical ability.

- Must have experience of Product Promotion, Client management service, Awareness of international market differences who is having experience in IT sales are preferred
