Senior Manager - Digital & Social Marketing - Recruitment (8-12 yrs)

Job Summary:

TeamLease is looking for a Senior Manager - Digital and Social Marketing. The Senior Manager, as a key member of the Marketing Communications team, will lead the strategy development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns to various audiences across multiple digital channels. These channels include web content, mobile, email, social media and onsite display ads. He would be responsible for generating sales lead for the staffing business of TeamLease as well generate resumes of potential candidates, whom we can hire as Associates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help develop content and optimize the use of each digital channel for campaign/brand building efforts.

- Provide functional expertise, best practices, and recommendations regarding the execution of digital marketing campaigns along with planning and budgetary control.

- Apply expertise to demonstrate how digital communications can improve the reach and enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaign content.

- Drive low-cost high impact targeted online lead generation program, which will result in the qualified sales lead. Achieve monthly target for Lead generation.

- Drive inbound and outbound Sales Campaign to promote our offerings and use that to generate interest and inquiry for the offerings

- Develop and drive online customer engagement and relationship building program

- Develop an effective lead nurturing program for all inbound and outbound campaigns

- Drive low-cost high impact targeted resume generation program for generating CVs of fit-to-hire profiles of Associates. Develop and drive online engagement and connect program for TeamLease's associate employees. Achieve monthly target for resume generation.

- Oversee the social media strategy for the company. Design, build and maintain our social media presence and manage the online brand and offering campaigns to raise brand awareness, increase reach and engagement levels with an audience. Build and nurture social media platform-specific communities and audiences

- Research and administer social media tools on a daily basis in support of our social media strategy. Monitor and evaluate social media results on a daily basis

- Working with a cross-departmental team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties

- Managing company website - Create, develop and manage the content for organization s web website (requires familiarity with content management software). Drive SEO strategies by understanding keyword priorities and how they integrate into content marketing plans

- Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.

- Conceive and Develop mobile apps/sales tools and other digital assets and review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

- Lead User Experience initiative on the management and evolution of digital branding elements that are incorporated across all of our digital properties

- Contribute to thought leadership for a digital communications strategy.

- Ensure digital communication projects/programs are executed in strict conformance with risk, security and other applicable standards and support the development of new standards for evolving channels.

- Deliver high ROI on digital spends

- Up - to - date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Management Reporting on insights, trends, analytics and performance of digital & social channels and campaigns

Relationships:

Reports to: Reports to VP Marketing

Supervises: Will supervise professionals and/or teams, and contractors, as assigned

External Relationships: Vendors, suppliers, agencies

Qualifications:

Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG - MBA/PGDM - Marketing/Digital Marketing

Google Certified Adwords Professional

Work Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of digital and social marketing experience

Industry Experience: Digital Marketing /Mar-comm Function of a Large MNC IT company or professional services company or Tier-1 or 2 Indian IT services company and/or Digital marketing role in Leading/Tier 1 Advertising Agencies, PR agency and/or Digital Marketing Agencies, Free-lancers and consultants with relevant experience and background will also be considered

Digital Marketing Skills: Online Content Marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Ad words, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Online Advertising, Programmatic Media Buying, Mobile Marketing, Social Listening, Web Analytics, Performance Marketing

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

- Understanding of the TeamLease's business and overall business strategy

- Understanding of strategic marketing and communications, especially in area of specialization - Digital and Social Marketing

- Understanding and ability to apply integrated marketing concepts, visual identity, brand strategy and positioning, and message development skills into digital marketing

- Global perspective and understanding of the business marketplace and best practices in digital and social marketing. Up - to - date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- Strategic thinker and decision maker. Passionate about the digital world, driven and the fast learner.

- Able to develop great quality content. Familiarity with Content Management systems. Comfortable working with photo - editing software; Photoshop for example.

- Experienced with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools and metrics.

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

- Exceptional communication and organizational skills

- Apply comprehensive knowledge for area of specialization inside the group

- Project management skills

- Understanding of budget management and financial reporting.

- Negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve complex issues.

- Able to provide sound solutions to executives within the different entities

- Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Ability to think out of the box

- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

- Ability Organize and prioritize workflow
