Senior Manager - Digital Marketing (5-8 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Formulate and execute organisations digital marketing strategy across all marketing channels with expertise in AdWords, Facebook & Instagram

2. Implementing performance based digital marketing techniques of SEM, re-marketing and display advertising for lead generation

3. Generate leads from every possible source while optimising overall ROI. Come up with innovative ideas and growth hacks to drive more business

4. Manage initiatives aimed at increasing traffic, driving customer engagement and conversion

5. Analyse and provide insights around site traffic and other key metrics with Google Analytics, dashboards and relevant business tools

6. Supervise all SEO efforts to ensure constant improvement in organic traffic and organic business volumes

7. Source and activate relevant affiliate marketing agencies that can run performance driven campaigns to drive more business

8. Manage and mentor a small team to ensure various campaigns are delivered effectively, on-time and on-budget

Requirements :

1. At least 6 years of experience in digital marketing space, preferably at a fast growing start-up or FMCG organisation

2. You must be data driven, analytical & enthusiastic with a proven track record

3. Experience with Google Analytics and proven ability to capture and collate data in a presentable and useful way

4. Proven lead generation capabilities through paid digital mediums. Excellent hands-on exposure of managing large scale campaigns on Adwords, Facebook and other ad network platforms.

5. Experience running both low budget and high budget campaigns that can generate a high number of leads at a favourable ROI

6. Past experience of managing relationships with agencies and alliance partners with regular correspondence to maximize lead flow

7. Experience managing a team and mentoring and developing junior team members
