Senior Manager - Digital Marketing (5-15 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Formulating and handling the SEO, SEM, SMO, PPC strategy for our US clients.

2. Manage a team of DM executives, train, and set a career path for them.

3. Coordinate with external agencies/ other departments and ensure the desired goals are met.

4. Track, report, analyze, share results, and making recommendations to improve overall performance.

5. He/She should handle international clients by communicating via conference calls and emails.

6. Conduct SEO Audits, Keyword research, competitor analysis for strategizing SEO efforts.

7. Improve search engine rankings by deploying various On-page and Off-page SEO optimization strategies.

8. Utilise Local SEO optimizations like Google My Business, Bing, Yelp, etc

9. Help customers create PPC strategies, including keyword research, Account structuring and Optimization.

10. Creating social media campaigns, tracking targeted keywords and generating leads for our clients.

Professional Skills/Competencies :

1. 5+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing with proficiency in SMM, SEM & SEO.

2. Should have handled a team of DM executives earlier.

3. Customer-facing is a must skill. Should have handled international customer queries and projects.

4. Multitasking and the ability to work within a provided time constraint.

5. Excellent communication skills & fluency in English (Writing, Speaking & Comprehending)

6. In-depth knowledge of all Google tools and other required tools.

7. Keep abreast by identifying the latest trends and technologies in the industry and implementing them.

8. Prompt decision-making skills & excellent Problem-solving skills
