Senior Manager - Diagnostics Marketing (13-16 yrs)
- Experience in Clinical Reference Laboratory Sales and business development in diagnostic services marketing.
- Financial budgeting & business planning for the division
- Execution of direction and strategy to achieve the business objectives
- Branding, Pricing, Promotional and Advertising activity
- Team building Recruitment, training & induction
- Motivation & guidance to field force
- Periodic monitoring of the sales performance & Performance appraisal
- Identification & development of performers for future assignments
- Continuous expansion of PSC/DC network
- Coordination with technical & support staff to ensure total customer satisfaction
- Competitor Analysis & feedback to management

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Biology. MBA preferred.
- 13-16 years experience in Marketing with a minimum 3- 5 years experience in Diagnostic services marketing in senior level.
Compensation : 12,00,000 - 16,00,000 P.A.
