Senior Manager - Customer Relationship/Telesles - BPO (15-20 yrs)

- Role is for Sr Operations Manager
- This role will have to manage 5k to 8k people
- Should have strong experience with large Telecom Customer for an inbound process.
- Should have excellent in customer relationship management and team management.
- Should have held P&L responsibilities.
- Must have experienced into inbound voice process in a Domestic BPO
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Must have done strong stakeholder mangament.
- Should have 15+yrs of exp, 5yrs is into Sr Leadership role.
- Current CTC must be in between 25 to 38lpa.
