Job Description:
- Building team capability through regular training interventions.
- Drive sales team activation through regular engagement with the Sales Manager of the Bank.
- Solving problems of existing customers and new clients.
- Proving pre and post-sales support.
- Develop a new market strategy.
- Work on leads given by the bank.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Min. 2 Year in Sales and Marketing and 1+ year in Insurance Sector
- CTC: Up to 2.60/3.50 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Age: 21 to 38 years
- Education: Any Graduation
- Candidate: Local Candidate
