About our Client:

Our client is one of the world's leading global BFSI & risk consultants. It is known for delivering on promises to its customers and recognized as a trusted brand, providing services like life insurance, annuities, retirement-related services, mutual funds and investment management. As a part of their Communications department, they are looking to identify a Senior Manager - Corporate Communications (Internal & Leadership Communications)

based out of Mumbai office.

Job Responsibility: -

Reporting to CEO; you would be responsible for: -

- Delivery of eminence activities around events and conferences, client communication campaigns, thought leadership, social media, leadership communications and internal communications.

- Working closely with the senior stakeholders in designing and implementing targeted internal communications strategies in parity with organization's plans and objectives.

- Leading digital channels for intranet, social media and managing the internal communications tools.

- Drafting and managing all communication content, collateral's (Newsletters, Senior leadership team messages etc.) and managing internal channels (emails, Chatter etc.) to support all organizational plans.

- Providing guidance on internal communications for the organization in India and across the Group and being the point of contact.

- Engaging with multiple stakeholders and responsible for managing the projects for all internal communications initiatives in organizational events.

The successful applicant: -

- A trusted communication professional with a postgraduate degree in Management with 10 to 15 years of experience at an Executive level in a global organization in Corporate Communications, Internal communications, Content generation (technical and business writing), working across geographies and understanding cross cultural synergies.

- Hands on experience in Internal Communications, devising communication strategies, high quality strategic content writing and managing multifarious corporate communications mandates for reputed national and transnational companies

- Adept in working with multiple stakeholders in high- profile events.

- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Strong project management and inter personal skills.
