Senior Manager - Content Management (6-13 yrs)
- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term Learning & development targets
- Collaborate with product, operation, marketing underwriting and other SMEs to plan and develop site content
- Create and publish engaging content
- Edit, proofread and improve writers posts
- Cover title, editor's note, articles, storytelling/interviewing, scripts,
- Content writing for newsletters, mailers, update notes, press release, articles/blogs for intranet, newsletters, communication mailers, website and more.
- Corporate Communication: Company agendas, brochures, company presentations, portfolios
- Use Learning management systems to analyse website traffic and users engagement metrics
- Manage content distribution to online channels and trainers
- Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
- Able to create elearning Content Analysis Document/ storyboard for nugget/ WBT/ Games/ Simulation and MLUs.
- Able to work on Adobe illustrator/ Adobe Photoshop/ Adobe Premier/ Adobe Light room/ Camtasia/ Powertoon/ video editing software etc.
