Job role :
- Learning and Development, Content development, design learning strategy / content strategy, creating eLearning modules using Storyline 360, Articulate, mobile content, micro learning content, creating assessments, maintain content repository, imparting trainings on products, processes, Video tutorials
Looking for :
1. Creation of best in class learning content
2. Being the content fulcrum to both Sales and Non Sales units for rolling out learning modules/ architecture
3. Being digitally apt in creating content of today's era
4. Representing SMART for Risk related assessments
5. Facilitating new learning dissemination to SMART unit as a whole
