Content Design - Senior Manager
- Creating video & e learning modules in house for uploading in portal & mobile learning app
- Min 5 modules to be created every month
- Creating Wall of Fame mailers and certificates
- Creating communication collaterals for L&D initiatives
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, kolb learning cycle, bloom's taxonomy
- Coordinate with internal & external teams to gather system/platform technical requirements, determine functional and reporting design needs, and ensure a successful user experience and support achievement of desired learning outcomes
