We have an Immediate opening for Sr. Client Servicing Manager role with an experience of 3+ years into Digital Marketing.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Timings : Normal Working Hours

Location : Malad

Responsibilities :

- Build and manage a team of Client Servicing Managers and ensure they are providing an exceptional client experience

- Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their marketing needs are being met

- Initiate conversation and pitch potential clients to develop business

- Contribute to digital and design strategies and ensure deliveries are aligned with timelines

- Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience

- Develop and oversee the implementation of client service protocols

- Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner

- Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals

- Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes

- Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement.

3+ years prior experience with an Ad/Digital agency in a client facing role

- Potential to succeed in a leadership role

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers

- Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills

- Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls

- Superior organizational and time management skills

- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Ad space, and the ability to adapt promptly

- Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting-edge client experience

- Our Sr. Client Servicing Manager must be a agile thinker and executioner
