Senior Manager - Business Development/Sales - Stone/Marble Business (12-15 yrs)
Position name : Senior Manager-BD/Sales (Male)
Education :
Qualification : UG-Any, MBA in Marketing/Sales is preferred.
Experience : 12-15 Years in Stone Industry
Desired profile Candidate should have experience in :
- Experience in sales with focus on Architects & Retail/End Consumers.
- Planning and implementing sales strategies and CRM.
- Managing & directing sales team, including pitching to potential clients directly as well
- Hardcore sales with proven track record.
- Experience from construction industry (natural stones, marbles granites and ceramics).
- Strong communication skills.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Candidate should be fluent with MS Office and computer savvy.
Job Profile Selected candidate would require to do the following :
- Maintain and create relationships architects, clients, builders etc - potential clients
- Designing and implementing strategic sales plan.
- Team management- Recruiting, mentoring and engagement of talents.
- Setting Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly team goals for Delhi
- Overseeing activities and performance of the team and impart ongoing trainings.
- Candidates would be required to achieve sales in Natural Stones (Italian Marbles, Granites, All other types of natural stones).
- Meet Architects, Builders, Corporate clients and promote product range
- Analyzing reports and coordinating with team.
Salary 1.0-1.5 Lacs CTC Per Month
