Senior Business Development Manager (Contract Position )


We are looking for an ambitious and go-getter Business Development Manager for strategic partnerships, client engagement, and attainment of revenue targets.

Responsibilities :

- Strategizing & Planning for new Business opportunities& tie-ups

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

- Generating Leads & Calls

- Create and maintain long term Customer Relationships

- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

- Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients- objectives

- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role

- Experience in customer support, with front end client facing and selling

- Preferable experience with the real estate market in the residential/ commercial space.

- Proficiency in MS Office, mail, Excel & PPT

- Proficiency in English, Hindu and Telugu

- Should have very good written and verbal communication skills

- Should have good negotiation skills

- Time management and planning skills

- Will be good to have someone with builder connects, from design and architecture firms, front end salespeople in event management companies working for real estate
