Our client is a water treatment and regeneration machine manufacturer. They make machines to treat and recycle water. Our client has been engineered and conceived to primarily be a water regeneration technology company. They have been working extensively with major industry players and have been able to form couple of excellent strategic partnership with them.

We are hiring a Sr. Manager - Business Development for their pharma division. The detail job description is listed below:

- Responsible for Local + Export pharma Business Development & Sales of APIs/Excipient of client products

- Handling key and existing development customers, and responsible for entire existing & New Business Development.

- New Dealer development & appointment, new customer identification, each product market development in each countries

- Sales forecasting & achieving sales target.

- Lead the team by his own and posses leadership qualities.

- Should conduct weekly and monthly review and update regularly to Divisional head.

- Charting out market and product specific strategies based on customs exim data and market information.

- Registration of our product in regulatory market & ensuring all documentation in co ordination with R&d, QA and regulatory dept

- Taking customer feedback and working towards greater customer satisfaction.

- Developing strategies for New Business Development and executing those Action Plans.

- Making Daily Market/activity report and analysis of all the developmental projects of different markets

- He will be responsible for following responsibilities: Day to day basis field working, visit to Pharma manufacturer, to meet R&D officers/Production/Commercial officer /Director, to promote our product, new business development, To meet dealer. Sales/order/payment/C-form / inventory follow-up. Daily e-reporting to H.O. In brief, All sales & marketing related activities in All India. Also should possess the knowledge of Coating segment so that he can take care of our future business. Need to travel 15-20 days a month.

Technical Skilled Requirement: Basic knowledge of Pharma formulation / Coating / Taste Masking segment will be an advantage. Coating knowledge is Must.

The ideal applicant should have completed their MBA and should have pharmaceutical sales experience (9+years of experience min).
