We have a position of Sr. Business Development Manager with our client which is a leading importer & distribution company based in Noida - NCR region.

Main products are: Wooden Flooring & related products, Modular kitchens & Kitchen appliances.

Sr. Business Development Manager

Experience: Candidates having 10+ years in b2b Project Sales handling & marketing of interior finishing products to Developers, Architects, Interior Designers & HNI clients.

Location: Noida, NCR .

Key Responsibilities

- Formulate sales and business plans that are aligned with Corporate directions.

- Keep abreast of competitive activities and market developments in order to ensure sustained competitive advantage of the business.

- Prospect, identify and execute new sales opportunities and retention strategies; responsible for directly closing sales andachieve month on month targets.

- Develop and execute strategies and action plans to enhance and improve project sales operations in India.

- Take lead on certain ad-hoc projects; prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Hands on exposure in customer engagement, developing competitive techno-commercial proposals and presentation to potential customers

- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging network

- Defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships

- Should be willing to travel extensively and must have prior proven experience in interior furnishing products like Woodenflooring, artificial grass, Carpets, Modular kitchen and similar industry.

- Must possess good communication good communication skills, presentation, team building skills

- Experience of working with Residential & Commercial Project buyers.

Requirements:

- Degree in Business Management or related discipline.

- Minimum 10 years of relevant industry sales experience with at least recent 5 years in a sales leadership role in building materials industry.

- Knowledge of Building Material & Interior furnishing products.

- Proven track record of success in significantly growing the business.

- Good rapport and negotiation skills with customers and key stakeholders.

- Able to work independently, analytical and self-driven.

- Accurate judgment of business opportunities.

- Possess good interpersonal, and communication skills.

- A go getter and self-starter who is results oriented.

- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
