Senior Manager - Business Development - Education Business (4-6 yrs)
We are looking for young, energetic professionals, who are passionate about changing the way millions of children learn. The selected candidates will be designated as Team Lead for Business Development Manager team, and will be responsible for handling a team of 7-10 BDM. The incumbent will be responsible for leading a team for sales and customer interaction and helping the team achieve weekly sales targets. Through these interactions, the BDMs analyze a student's needs and helps him/her buy the subscription. BDMs at Toppr are enthusiastic about bringing a change in the field of education. They take independent, well-informed decisions based on their insight into ground reality.

- Excellent communication skills.
- MBA/PGDM or B.Tech/BE from recognized institutes. B.Com or equivalent graduates from reputed colleges can also apply.
- 4-6 years of experience of Business to Consumer (B2C) or Inside sales experience is a Must to have.
- For International TL we need prior US experience & for Domestic we need core similar experience
- 1- 3 years of Team leading and team handling Experience
- Awareness of Coding languages will be an added advantage
