Senior Manager - Business Development - Construction Industry (15-22 yrs)
Job Description :
1) Identifying upcoming projects. Market Analysis & Survey.
2) Strategizing and recommending projects based on market research report.
3) Liaising with government authorities.
4) Checking the feasibility of identified project & preparation of feasibility report.
5) Preliminary site investigation & preparation of site investigation report.
6) Liaison with the Client, Architect/ Consultants on regular basis.
7) Provide Support in preparation of submittals & presentations.
8) Preparation of presentation on Business development activities.
9) Co-Ordinate with other regions to get inputs on Business Development activities & maintain up to date database.
10) Preparation of BD status Report on Monthly basis & updating the same.
11) Understanding Customer requirement & communicating the importance of the same to Organization
12) Active Follow up on future Projects also Client & Competitor Analysis
Salary: INR 15,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Full time education is must.

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Civil, Diploma - Civil
