Senior Manager - Business Development - Brand Enabler Services (4-5 yrs)
Role :
- Identifying befitting brands to build a portfolio in FMCG, IT & ITES, Corporates, and similar verticals.
- Thorough understanding of a creative agency's work and how it helps clients build a robust brand presence online & offline.
- Thorough understanding of the services offered - Branding & Advertising, Website Design & Development, Corporate & Commercial Ad Films, Profile, Product, Corporate & Industrial Photography.
- Building relationships with existing clients to establish new business connections and identify work opportunities.
- Identifying pain points that can be addressed through the above services.
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to prospects.
- Tracking sales pipeline regularly and meeting new prospects.
- Directing efforts by presenting market research to the leadership and suggesting strategies to expand market reach.
- Preparing requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings/upselling additional services to develop a comprehensive communication offering.
- Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management.
Expectations:
- Achieve sales targets and revenue targets Q-o-Q
- Gather market insights and intelligence to suggest marketing & expansion strategies.
- Working under tight deadlines
Requirements:
- Mass Communication Graduates or MBA in Marketing or Sales, preferably worked in an advertising agency. - Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.
- Proficient in making presentations & pitch decks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Enterprising Personality.
