Job Description :
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors.
- Position of Team Leader.
- Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy.
- Oversee the interviewing, hiring, and training of sales staff.
- Ensure sales personnel adhere to company policies, rules, and regulations.
- Assign sales territories and quota to sales units and representatives.
- Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out.
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
Candidate Requirements :
- Experience: Min. 2 Years in Field Sales and Marketing
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Job Type: Full Time-On Roll
- Age: 21 to 38 years
- Education: Any Graduation
