Job Description :

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, media or related fields. Master's preferred.

- 7-9 years of hands-on experience in social media, influencer, advertising, offline marketing, media buying & PR functions, preferred in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, health care, insurance, banking brands or other related sectors.

- Data-driven decision maker and understands both the art (data analysis) & science (human insight) of marketing.

- Managed & delivered high-performance campaigns in-house and also with creative agency teams.

- A strong sense of creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, enabling the creation of captivating and compelling content .

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.

Role Summary :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced brand marketer to lead a diverse team of social media content creators, content writers, influencer marketers, offline & rural marketers and PR at Client in Fertility Services . As Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing you will be responsible for all aspects of the brand across touch-points, top & middle funnel marketing online and in-clinic.

- The role reports in to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities :

- Developing and executing marketing strategies to meet our business objectives, including but not limited to social media, influencer marketing, offline marketing, media planning & buying, PR & communication, agency management, project management, ATL & BTL activities, campaign & brand management and copywriting & content creation.

- Collaborate with business development, digital/performance marketing, and tech teams to create compelling content that drives conversions and enhances the user experience.

- Lead the brand marketing & communication process from concept to execution, ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and voice.

- Utilize data and customer insights to inform creative decisions and optimize visual strategies for better performance.

- Manage the creative team, set clear goals, and oversee project timelines to ensure deliverables are completed to the highest standard and within deadlines.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new and innovative creative approaches and technologies into campaigns.

- Develop and manage the creative budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to deliver the highest impact.

- Spearhead the integration of AI tools and techniques into the creative process, enhancing personalization and relevance across all customer touchpoints.
